Pe cat de simpla este reteta, pe atat de fain-i rezultatul.
Se prepara rapid, dar tot asa se si termina.
Un adevarat "drog", pentru ca da dependenta.
Portiile, oricat te-ai abtine, se "lipesc" intre ele
si de la una, ajungi la trei ... sau patru ... si tot mai vrei.
Reteta asta a ajuns la mine multumita doamnei Silvia Ionescu
si se aseamana mult cu cea prezentata de Anomis.

INGREDIENTE
- 1 pachet foi deplacinta de 400 g,
- 6-8 oua,
- 1 cana mare de zahar,
- 3 linguri de gris,
- cca 125 g unt topit,
- 800 - 1000 g iaurt natural, cu cat mai gras, cu atat mai bine,
- stafide,
- rom,
- vanilie,
- coaja de lamaie,
- 1 praf de sare,
La 6 oua - 800g iaurt, la 8 oua - 100o g
depinde de marimea tavii pe care o aveti.
PREPARAREA
In vasul de mixare se pun ouale impreuna cu zaharul si 1 praf de sare...
Se amesteca iaurtul cu cele 3 linguri de gris,
romul, vanilia si coaja de lamaie si se aduga la spuma de oua.

O tava de placinta se tapeteaza cu unt moale.

Se numara foile din pachet si se impart in doua.
Prima parte de foi se aseaza in tava,
una peste alta, iar intre ele se pensuleaza cu unt topit.

Se adauga stafidele, care se vor ineca in compozitie,
apoi se inveleste luciul cu celelate foi de aluat,
musai in aceeasi ordine, foaie, unt, foaie, unt...

Se impunge suprafata ici, colo, cu furculita,
nu doar de frumusete, ci pe' ca tre' sa rasufle,
ca urmeaza zapusala.

Se coace in inima cuptorului incins la 180 grade Celsius,
iar cand s-a rumenit si infoiat,
se scoate si se laca la racit.
