Este o reteta specific ardeleneasca, doar ca prin partile locului
ciorbele nu se prea acresc cu bors. Oi fi eu ardeleanca prin nascare si educatie,
dar ciorba la mine e musai sa fie acrisoara, asa ca in Regat
si ca sa impac neamurile, iata o ciorba ardeleneasca, acrita ca in Regat,
preparata de o ardelenaca, mancata cu pofta de un Ragatean.
Poftiti la masa, moldoveni, olteni, dobrogeni, banateni,
patagonezi, suedezi, americani, japonezi si ce neamuri mai avem prin tara.

INGREDIENTE
- 1 ceapa uscata, de marime medie
- 1 legatura de ceapa verde
- 2 morcovi
- ciolan afumat, dar merge orice afumatura
- 2-3 cartofi
- bors sau zeama de varza
- 1 legatura de leustean, proaspat sau uscat
- 2 galbenusuri
- cca. 300 g de smantana
- sare dupa gust
PREPARAREA
Se calesc, ceapa uscata, ceapa verde, tocate marunt,
impreuna cu morcovii taiati rondele.

Cand carnea este aproape fiarta, se adauga cartofii,
taiati bucatele si se mai lasa pana fierb si cartofii.

Se adauga borsul, fiert separat si leusteanul.

Dupa cateva clocote, se da la o parte si se lasa sa se racoreasca putin.

...luand cate o lingura din ciorba inca fierbinte si diluand amestecul,
pana cand acesta ajunge la aceeasi temperatura cu ciorba,
evitand astfel taierea smantanii.

Se serveste calda, dreasa obtional cu mujdei de usturoi,
langa o ciusca murata (ardei iute), cu pita de casa.
